Applications are accepted into the Sparkle Empowerment Program for Girls each spring through July 1st.  We are a leadership program for girls entering middle and high school in Valley Stream and surrounding communities.  Everyone is welcome!  

This program is designed to engage, improve, and empower a young girl’s life.  We invite you to share this opportunity with all of girls entering into grades 7 - 11 in your school and community.
